After an unexpectedly long break, the New Zealand Brewer Podcast is back!
In episode #36 of the New Zealand Brewer Podcast we are joined by Oliver Drake from Wilderness Brewing.
Wilderness Brewing is a small independent nano brewery in Christchurch. While Wilderness brews a wide range of beer, they are particularly passionate about brewing mixed-ferment barrel-aged beer, fruited sours, and Saisons.
Oliver was also nice enough to share the recipe for their “Maple Like Jagger”, a highly rated Bourbon imperial milk stout, fermented out with jaggery sugar, maple syrup and peanut butter!
In this episode we also crack into a few beers, catch up with Gary in the much loved “What’s Going On In The Brewery” segment, and do a little homebrew Q & A,
As also mentioned on the show, we are also excited to have recently launched the brand new New Zealand Brewer Patreon page. By backing the New Zealand Brewer Podcast on Patreon you’ll get access to printable versions of the recipes mentioned on each show, Patreon-only video content, first crack at submitting questions for the Q & A segment and more.
